COGIG'S TALENT PROGRAMS

CoGig annually runs unique talent programs for female* engineering students at the end of their education. The purpose of these programs is to inspire more women to invest in a career in technology or tech, as well as take leading roles in the engineering industry. The programs function as a valuable meeting place between Swedish business and engineering students, where participants have the opportunity to build networks and develop both professionally and personally.

 

Through evens like exclusive company visits to our partner companies, you as a participant get a deeper understanding of their operations and challenges. You also get a chance to discover which roles may suit you in the future and how you can contribute to driving innovation and change.

*The program is for everyone who identifies as a woman and those who are subjected to or are affected by female-coded norms or experiences. This includes both cis women and non-binary people who identify with this description.

WHICH PROGRAM SHOULD I CHOOSE?

CoGig's talent program offers unique opportunities for different profiles, with a similar structure but adapted to specific interests and time periods during the year together with different companies for the different programs. Whichever program you choose, you'll have access to exclusive company visits, personal development and the chance to explore exciting career opportunities.

FEMALE LEADER ENGINEER (October–November)

This program is for you who aim for a leading role in the engineering industry. By offering both tools and a strong network, the program gives you the best possible conditions to grow as a future leader.

The application for Female Leader Engineer opens every year in August.

FEMALE TECH ENGINEER (February–March)

Are you passionate about developing future systems and products in IT and tech? Then this is the program for you. Here you get the opportunity to immerse yourself in technical innovations and the latest developments in the tech industry.

The application for Female Tech Engineer opens every year in November.

FEMALE TECHNICAL ENGINEER (April–May)

For those who want to specialize in technical innovation. This program is aimed at engineers with a strong interest in advanced technical expertise and cutting-edge innovations.

Application for Female T echnical Engineer opens every year in February.

FEMALE LEADER ENGINEER FINLAND (September-October)

This program is for you who have the ambition to take a leading role in the engineering industry and want to develop as future leaders in Finland . By offering valuable tools and a strong network, you will have the opportunity to deepen your leadership skills and build a career in the engineering sector with a focus on the Finnish market. The program also includes exclusive company visits and personal development opportunities to help you grow as a future leader. This program is for engineering students in Finland.

Although the general requirements are similar, there are some specific aspects that differ between the programs. To ensure that we select the engineering students with the highest potential, we use a structured selection process that focuses on relevant factors.
