Senior Material has chosen to become a partner of the Female Tech Engineer development program, run by the recruitment company CoGig. The collaboration aims to encourage more women to join in shaping the systems and products of tomorrow within the tech industry. The tech sector continues to struggle with a lack of women, and many companies are actively working to change this. One of the challenges is finding and attracting women, an area where CoGig contributes through its network of female and non-binary engineers, development programs, and recruitment services.
About Female Tech Engineer
Female Tech Engineer is a development program for female engineering students nearing the end of their studies, designed to inspire more women to pursue careers in tech. The program serves as a unique meeting point for engineering students and Swedish companies. Through a comprehensive agenda—including exclusive, tailored visits to partner companies—the 40 selected participants gain a deeper understanding of the companies’ operations and discover exciting career opportunities within tech.
