IT'S ABOUT WOMEN AND MEN
Equality refers to equality between women and men. Equality means that you should have the same rights, obligations and opportunities regardless of who you are. Diversity is a collective term for different bases of identity. It can be about background, experiences, interests, gender, education and the like. Equality, equality and gender are thus part of the concept of diversity.

Regardless of whether you are a woman or a man, we can highlight the differences in gender in a more neutral way by looking at a child's conditions:
On the one hand, we can observe the injustice, and on the other hand, the catastrophic loss of competence when we do not release the potential of one half of the population.
CAREER OPPORTUNITIES FOR WOMEN AND MEN
Career opportunities for women and men often look different. A report produced by SACO shows that women are trained to develop expertise and leadership at the operational level, while the male colleagues are allowed to learn or grow into strategic assignments.
This creates different conditions for women and men to take the next step. In order to take on leadership roles, women often lack the required strategic experience and hit the glass ceiling, which affects the freedom to manage their own career, their salary development and their development curve.
CoGig works to change that situation and achieve the vision about the power in business to be equally distributed between women and men. The overarching goal of equality policy is that women and men should have the same power to shape society and their own lives. The gender equality policy has six sub-goals, one of these goals is about economic equality.
